“My first educational experience was as a child, attending a cooperative preschool in San Francisco. I began working with children while I was in middle school, at summer programs with children ages 4 to 6. Each year, I was asked to return as a volunteer, and after several years I was asked to run the class. It was experiences like these that opened my eyes to how much I enjoyed working with children.
I have continued to work with children and have continued to further my education. I currently attend classes at a local college and also attend child development workshops to stay current with teaching methods. My first years here at Millbrae have been quite exciting and a fantastic learning experience. It is wonderful to see the growth in all of these children and to build relationships with their families.”
