Millbrae Nursery School works with San Mateo County Office of Ed to meet requirements and continue building a quality program in a play based environment. Our lead teachers requirements include –
- AA or BA in Child Development or related field
- 25 hours professional growth hours yearly
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with young children
- Fingerprinted, first-aid and CPR trained

Carla was first a parent at Millbrae Nursery School, before being hired as the permanent Admissions Coordinator in 1999. All four of her children attended the school, starting in 1992. Today, she still helps new and prospective parents learn about the school.
