Megan Bogni-Rodriguez

Teacher – 2-3 year-old class

To start from the very beginning my first educational experience was as a child who attended a cooperative preschool in San Francisco. I began working with children while I was in middle school; at summer programs with children ranging from ages 4 to 6. Each year I was asked to return as a volunteer and after several years I was asked to run the class. It was experiences like these that opened my eyes to how much I enjoyed working with children.

I have continued to work with children and have continued to further my education. I currently attend classes at a local college and also attend child development workshops to stay current with teaching methods. My first year here at Millbrae has been quite exciting and a fantastic learning experience. It is wonderful to see the growth in all of these children and to build relationships with their families.
