Enough Sleep is so Important!

Although attending class is very important, children have such a tough time concentrating or even getting along with anyone when their bodies are craving rest. The unfortunate thing is that children don’t know why they are feeling so emotional, they just know they want to be left alone. Sometimes, all we need is a little more rest.

Pre-K October Curriculum
