Cooking with science at Millbrae Nursery School
During a science cooking lesson, Teacher Megan demonstrated how liquids can become solids. The children added heavy cream and 2 marbles to a small glass jar. Each child took a turn shaking the liquid until the liquid milk formed a solid substance. After a few minutes, butter was made!
